EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
At The MuniVeer, we are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you wish to exchange a product, please review our policy below:
WE ONLY EXCHANGE PRODUCT WHICH IS DAMAGED,DEFECTIVE AND DO NOT REFUND.
Please note that actual product colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution, lighting, and traditional dyeing processes. Slight variations in weaving, printing, or dyeing are natural in handcrafted products and reflect their authenticity. These variations are natural and not considered as defects.
No exchange or store credit will be provided for such variations.
1.Exchange Only:
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
We offer exchanges only; refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
2. Exchange or store credit only:
We do not offer refunds.
Incase of an exchange, you will receive store credit equivalent to the product value. (excluding shipping charges).
3. Store credit terms:
- Store credit is valid for Three months from the date of issue.
- It is applicable for a one-time purchase only.
- Store credit cannot be used during sale periods, or combined with other offers.
4. Non-Exchangeable items:
Products on sale or clearance, custom-made orders, and items marked as "non- returnable" are not eligible for exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective products or incorrect items shipped (wrong color, fabric, or design). Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Incase of wrong product sent, the right product will be replaced only when we get back the products from you.
Products that are used, altered, or washed will not be eligible for returns.
2. Mandatory Video Proof:
- The parcel must be shown from all sides (360 degrees) before opening to confirm it has not been tampered with.
- A video recording of the product must be sent from start to end without pause or cuts while unboxing. The video must be recorded in one continuous shot.
- The video should clearly show the outer package, product, and the issue for verification purposes.
- To address any issues such as missing items, damages, size discrepancies, or incorrect products, a clear video recording is mandatory.
- Without a proper complaint and video proof, no exchange or return request will be registered or processed.
3. Parcel Handling:
Damage caused while opening the parcel will not be considered or accepted for returns or exchanges. Customers must handle the parcel with care during unboxing to avoid any damage.
4. Time Frame:
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
5. Return Process:
- Be in the same condition as received, with no signs of wear or use
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo quality checks before processing the replacement or refund.

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, customers must follow these packing care instructions when resending the products:
Ensure the product is carefully packed with adequate cushioning, securely sealed, and sent through a reliable courier to prevent any damage during transit, so that it reaches us safely and neatly.
